About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with strong estimating capabilities to lead and manage concrete formwork projects across the Lower Mainland. The ideal candidate has a proven track record delivering structural concrete scopes, managing crews, coordinating trades, and producing accurate estimates for labour, materials, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning — Develop project schedules, work plans, and resource allocations
Estimating — Prepare detailed estimates for concrete formwork, including labour, materials, equipment, and production rates
Budget & Cost Control — Track costs, forecast budgets, and manage financial performance
Site Coordination — Work closely with site supervisors, foremen, and subcontractors
Safety Leadership — Ensure COR‑aligned safety practices and compliance
Client & Stakeholder Communication — Maintain robust relationships with owners,



consultants, and inspectors
Change Management — Prepare change orders, RFIs, and documentation
Quality Assurance — Oversee workmanship and adherence to specifications

Qualifications
5–10+ years experience in concrete formwork project management
Strong estimating background (labour production rates, takeoffs, equipment planning)
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency with construction software (Procore, Planswift, JobTread)
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites
