Responsibilities
Managing accounts payable
Processing invoices and payments
Reconciling accounts and maintaining accurate records
Assisting with monthly accounting tasks
Communicating with vendors as needed
Providing general administrative support to the accounting department

Experience




Previous A/P experience preferred
Solid attention to detail and organization
Comfortable working with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Bookkeeping or accounting experience is an asset
