The successful candidates for Baker position will prepare the bread for our breadcrumbs and will be responsible for mixing , kneading, shaping & baking bread dough and shredding the baked bread.

Required skills:
Should be able to work from 8 AM for at least 8 hours ( with lunch break)
Well experienced with all skilled Baking equipment, including mixers, proofers & convection oven
Understanding of food safety practices
Working efficiently with a team in a quick-paced kitchen environment
Must be able to lift at least 20 pounds at a time on a regular basis
Ensuring the workstation is restocked and cleaned as needed
Keeping records of the bakery inventory, production levels, and deliveries




Inspecting each baked product to ensure it meets quality requirements
