Position Summary
We are seeking qualifed Traffic Coating Installers to join our growing team. This role involves preparing surfaces and installing 1 and 2 component polyurethane traffic coatings. This role will also be responsible for leading a team of workers on site, providing quality control for all installations and mentoring junior workers.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare wood, concrete and masonry surfaces for coating applications.
Install vehicular traffic coatings in parkades, balconies, and eyebrows.
Install metal flashings as required
Safely operate hand and power tools as required.
Work with site supervisors to review drawings, organize materials, and maintain equipment.
Train and support apprentices and helpers




Uphold safety protocols and contribute to a positive site culture.

Qualifications
Minimum 5 years direct experience installing traffic coatings.
Physically capable of lifting heavy materials, working at heights, and performing labour-intensive tasks in various weather conditions.
Solid commitment to safety, reliability, and teamwork.
Valid driver’s license is an asset.
