Description:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Installer Helper / General Labour to support our cabinet and millwork installation teams on both commercial and residential projects. This is a subcontractor position.

Responsibilities:
Assist lead installers with cabinet and millwork installations
Load, unload, and move materials and tools
Help with measuring, layout, and basic assembly
Keep job sites clean and organized
Follow direction from the lead installer
Perform general labour tasks as needed on site
Maintain a qualified attitude on all job sites

Requirements:
Previous construction, carpentry, or installation experience is an asset (but not required)
Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
Reliable transportation




Valid driver’s license preferred
Willing to learn and take direction
Punctual, hardworking, and safety-conscious
Must be able to work as an independent subcontractor
