We are a well-established trucking company operating a large fleet of tractors and trailers. We are looking for a skilled and reliable Truck & Trailer Mechanic to join our in-house maintenance team at our Milton yard.

Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) on tractors and trailers
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and air systems
Inspect, service, and repair:
Engines, transmissions, clutches, and drivetrains
Brake systems (air brakes), suspension, steering
Electrical systems, lighting, wiring, and ABS
Cooling systems, fuel systems, and exhaust
Tires, wheels, hubs, and axles
Trailer components (doors, floors, landing gear, sliders, suspension)
Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with MTO / CVOR / DOT standards
Complete annual inspections and safety certifications
Use diagnostic tools and software to identify faults
Accurately complete repair orders, inspection reports, and maintenance records
Communicate repair needs and timelines with maintenance management
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area




Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications & Requirements
Valid 310T Truck & Coach Technician License (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 2–5 years experience working on heavy-duty trucks and trailers
Solid knowledge of diesel engines and air brake systems
Ability to troubleshoot and work independently
Familiar with fleet maintenance settings
Own basic tools (specialty tools provided by company)
Valid driver’s license (AZ or DZ an asset)
Strong attention to detail and safety
