NextGen Drainage Solutions is hiring Tile System Designers to join our growing agriculture drain tile team. NextGen Drainage Solutions is a secure, value-based company that specializes in water management solutions throughout Manitoba and Saskatchewan.

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Designer to join our agile team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visual design and a passion for creating engaging user experiences. As a Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative design solutions that enhance our brand and drive e-commerce success. Your expertise in various design tools and technologies will be essential in delivering high-quality projects on time.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with project managers and designers to create functional and efficient designs.




Surveying and flagging in fields for installation crews
Conduct data analysis to inform design decisions and optimize user engagement.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices within the Agricultural Tile Drainage industry.

Skills
Grade 12 Education
Post secondary education
Geographic Information System (GIS) diploma
Drainage Certificate Preferred
Travel is required (Manitoba)
Valid Driver's License

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
