Duties
Assist with loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment to support project needs
Prepare work sites by clearing debris, setting up safety barriers, and organizing supplies
Perform basic construction or maintenance tasks under supervision, such as digging, lifting, and assembling structures
Operate simple machinery and tools safely following established protocols
Follow safety guidelines diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members
Support team members with various tasks to ensure project deadlines are met efficiently

Qualifications
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting,



bending, and standing for extended periods
Robust attention to safety procedures and protocols at all times
Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly
Prior experience in manual labor or construction is a plus but not required; training will be provided
Reliable work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Basic understanding of health and safety standards relevant to manual work environments
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
