Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. In this role, you will provide high-quality therapeutic massage services to clients, helping them to relax, relieve tension, and improve their overall well-being. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, be able to communicate effectively with clients about their needs, and have a solid understanding of medical terminology related to anatomy and physiology.

Responsibilities
Perform various types of massage techniques tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage.
Assess clients' physical conditions and discuss their preferences to create personalized treatment plans.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and ready for use.
Provide exceptional customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing their concerns or questions.
Document client sessions accurately in accordance with practice protocols and maintain confidentiality of client information.




Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in massage therapy techniques.
Collaborate with other wellness professionals to enhance the overall client experience.

Qualifications
Valid state licensure or certification in massage therapy.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Knowledge of medical terminology related to anatomy and physiology is preferred.
Ability to create a calming environment for clients and demonstrate empathy in all interactions.
Physical stamina to perform massages for extended periods while maintaining proper body mechanics.
Previous experience in a spa or clinical setting is a plus but not required.

Pay: $45.00-$55.00 per hour
