Duties and Responsibilities:
Visit current and potential customers to promote and build awareness of the TRACTION product lines
Effectively develop strong, loyal relationships with customers by providing and exceptional level of customer service
Work closely with store managers, regional managers,



business development specialists and other members of the Napa Traction team
Enforce sales growth plans by successfully deploying marketing promotions and programs

Preferred Educations and Qualifications:
Experience in the heavy vehicle parts industry and at least 2 years of sales experience
Strong computer skills
Exceptional communication, interpersonal and planning skills
Outgoing personable individual with solid communication skills
