Responsibilities
Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment around the site efficiently and safely
Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing, and setting up tools and supplies needed for daily tasks
Support skilled tradespeople by handing tools, holding materials, or performing basic tasks as directed
Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a hazard-free environment for all team members
Perform general site maintenance including waste removal, debris clearing, and minor repairs when necessary
Operate basic machinery or equipment if trained and certified to do so




Report any safety concerns or equipment issues promptly to supervisors

Experience
Previous experience in construction, industrial work, or manual labor is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is highly valued
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Solid teamwork skills with a positive attitude and eagerness to contribute actively
Basic understanding of safety procedures and willingness to adhere strictly to safety guidelines
Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work effectively within a team environment
