Responsibilities
Install, service, and repair HVAC systems (furnaces, AC units, heat pumps, HRVs/ERVs)
Perform gas fitting work including installation and servicing of gas lines and appliances
Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues efficiently
Perform maintenance, inspections, and system start-ups




Ensure all work complies with Manitoba codes and safety regulations
Communicate clearly with customers and provide professional service
Complete service reports and job documentation

Requirements
Valid Gas Fitter License (Class A or B – required in Manitoba)
Minimum 2–5 years of HVAC experience (service or installation)
Valid driver’s license with clean record
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong customer service and communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00-$41.00 per hour
