Duties
Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring and barricades required at construction sites
Perform tasks involving physical labour such as, loading, and unloading materials
Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites, ensuring a protected and organized workspace
Use hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, and saws to support carpentry and framing tasks




Read and interpret basic blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements
Follow safety protocols diligently and report any hazards or incidents immediately

Skills
Proficiency with hand tools and basic construction equipment
Previous construction experience or familiarity with building sites is highly desirable
Knowledge of carpentry techniques and ability to read blueprints or schematics
Strong physical stamina to stand, lift heavy materials, and perform manual labor for extended periods
Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards learning new skills
