Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and providing exceptional customer service. This role involves handling transactions, assisting customers, and promoting products to enhance the overall shopping experience.

Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide a welcoming setting
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized store
Inventory monthly basis
Assist customers in locating products and making purchase decisions
Promote special offers and upsell products to increase sales
Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment securely
Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a qualified manner

Experience
-Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred

-Liquor Industry experience preferred
Proficiency in cash handling procedures




Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
English proficiency is required
Knowledge of technical or technology sales is advantageous
