Shift: Day Shift | Monday to Friday | Approximately 10-hour shifts | Occasional Saturday work may be required based on production needs

About the Role
Our client is a growing agricultural operation specializing in the cultivation, harvesting, and packaging of premium mushrooms for commercial distribution. We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join their team in a fast-paced, physically active production workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Harvest mushrooms and assist with general crop maintenance
Sort, pack, label, and prepare products for distribution
Prepare customer orders for shipment
Load, unload, and move materials and supplies
Maintain clean, organized, and safe production areas
Follow all food safety, quality control, and health & safety procedures
Perform additional general labour and production duties as required

What We're Looking For
Reliable, punctual, and dependable




Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and maintaining a steady pace
Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift
Comfortable performing repetitive bending, reaching, lifting, and other physical tasks
Ability to safely lift and move materials
Comfortable working in a humid agricultural/production environment with varying temperatures
Availability for Monday to Friday day shifts, with occasional Saturdays as required
Reliable transportation to Niagara-on-the-Lake, as public transportation options may be limited
