Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
Assist in food preparation and presentation to ensure quality standards are met
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS for accurate cash handling and transactions
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders efficiently, and addressing inquiries promptly
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food handling and safety compliance
Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers quickly without compromising quality




Support team members with serving food, restocking supplies, and ensuring smooth daily operations

Requirements
Previous barista experience or food service background is highly desirable
Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar cash register technology
Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations swiftly
Knowledge of food safety standards, proper food handling procedures, and hygiene practices
Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
Experience in serving, food preparation, or general food industry roles is a plus
