Shipping/Receiving/Material Handler

Clearstream Filters Inc. is a small family-owned business that manufactures liquid filtration products out of various fabrics and materials. We have been in operation for over 25 years and in Delhi, ON for over 15 years.

This role will require the candidate to wear many hats and work in many areas of the plant including, but not limited to:
Shipping and receiving of products; packing skids, attaching proper documents, unloading shipments, checking paperwork in a timely manner
Lifting of ≤30 lbs.
Material handling
Organizing and rearranging storage areas for best use of space
Closing boxes of completed product and prepping for shipment
Housekeeping, general cleaning and upkeep

This position could also require:
scheduling production to meet deadlines
general understanding of production stations in order to assist team in meeting goals and deadlines
Ensuring that all direct labour employees are supplied with the products and equipment required to keep them on their job station

General math knowledge, ability to read a tape measure
Mechanical knowledge is an asset but not required (for general maintenance and troubleshooting machines and other equipment)
Experience operating a forklift in warehouse setting an asset
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks associated with material handling
