Our client, a leading women's apparel company, is looking for an experienced Women's Fashion Designer to lead the design and development of stylish, commercial collections with a primary focus on women's pants and coordinating separates.

Responsibilities
Design seasonal collections focused on women's pants and complementary tops.
Research trends, fabrics, and market opportunities.
Shop the market and purchase samples for inspiration and product development.
Work closely with overseas suppliers and product development teams.
Develop design packages and oversee the sampling process.
Travel internationally as required.

Qualifications
5+ years of experience designing women's apparel, with solid expertise in pants.




Excellent knowledge of bottom-weight fabrics, fit, and garment construction.
Robust understanding of the women's 30+ market and commercial fashion trends.
Experience working directly with overseas factories and offshore teams.
Creative, organized, and able to manage multiple projects in a rapid-paced setting.
