We are seeking a motivated and experienced Full time Class 1 Driver specializing in Truck and Pup and End Dump operations. This agile role offers the opportunity to operate heavy-duty trucks, ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of freight across various sites. Duties
Safely operate Class 1 trucks with Truck and Pup or End Dump configurations to transport freight efficiently across designated routes
Conduct pre-trip inspections on vehicles, including checking brakes, lights, tires, and fluid levels to ensure optimal safety and performance
Load and unload freight using appropriate equipment such as forklifts when necessary, ensuring proper handling and securing of cargo
Maintain accurate delivery logs, vehicle inspection reports, and freight documentation for compliance purposes




Perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting as needed to address minor mechanical issues promptly
Assist with heavy equipment operation when required, supporting site logistics and material movement
Follow all safety protocols and traffic regulations diligently to ensure personal safety and that of colleagues and the public

Experience
Valid Class 1 commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record
Proven experience operating heavy-duty trucks, particularly Truck and Pup or End Dump configurations
Familiarity with freight handling, and securing loads for transport with knowledge of heavy equipment operation
Strong understanding of safety standards related to commercial driving and heavy equipment use
Ability to perform routine vehicle inspections and minor repairs confidently
Excellent communication skills for coordinating deliveries and reporting issues effectively
