Responsibilities
Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires using hand tools and power tools efficiently and accurately
Conduct heavy lifting of tires and wheels safely during service procedures
Provide explanation and recommendation for repairs or replacement of tires
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
Take ownership of your repairs and strive to ensure all necessary components are completed to ensure customer satisfaction and zero return-defects
Keep detailed records of services performed for each vehicle to ensure quality control

Skills




Previous dealership experience or automotive repair background highly preferred
Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while handling tires and related equipment
Familiarity with automotive maintenance procedures and sales techniques is a plus
Basic understanding of vehicle systems and tire technology
Reliable work ethic with a proactive approach to learning new skills
