Job Overview

We are looking for full time and part-time cooks for our recent Thai Express location opening in Embrun, ON this September. Training will be provided at one or more Thai Express locations in Ottawa to prepare you for the grand opening. Please note that there is no public bus service to Embrun, so applicants must have access to a vehicle or reliable transportation.

Duties
Prepare ingredients and assist in food preparation to ensure timely meal service
Cook and assemble dishes according to established recipes and quality standards
Serve food to guests with a friendly, qualified attitude, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction
Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and maintaining cleanliness
Support kitchen operations by organizing supplies and maintaining a tidy workspace
Assist with meal preparation during busy hours to meet service demands




Follow all food safety regulations and restaurant policies to uphold hygiene standards

Skills
Ability to handle food safely and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
Proficiency in food preparation, cooking, and meal assembly processes
Excellent communication skills to interact positively with team members and guests
Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and industry regulations
Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and teamwork
