We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial/Maintenance Worker to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities as well as completing light maintenance tasks as required. This is a crucial role in ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for our patrons and clients.

Duties
Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, and windowsills
Follow proper procedures for handling and disposing of hazardous materials
Perform some maintenance or repairs as needed
Snow clearing
Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols
Typical shifts are overnight

Qualifications
Candidate must be bondable




Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Solid attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
