We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Interior Design Associate to join our team in a full-time position within our retail showroom. This role is ideal for a seasoned designer who thrives in a luxury retail environment and enjoys building lasting relationships with clients.

The successful candidate will bring strong design expertise, experience working with high-end furniture and furnishings, and an established client base. This position offers the chance to grow your design business while working alongside a curated collection of premium products and a supportive team.

Responsibilities
Work directly with clients to provide interior design guidance and project consultation
Cultivate and grow an existing client base while building recent relationships
Assist clients with selections of furniture, lighting, textiles, and accessories
Manage design projects from concept through completion
Maintain the showroom setting and represent the brand with professionalism and style
Collaborate with the retail team to deliver exceptional customer service

Qualifications




Proven experience as an Interior Designer or Senior Design Associate
Background in retail design sales, ideally in a luxury or high-end furniture showroom
Established client base preferred
Strong knowledge of furniture, textiles, finishes, and space planning
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects
