Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our energetic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. This role offers an opportunity to develop hospitality skills in a fast-paced food industry setting, with responsibilities that include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and managing guest interactions efficiently.

Duties
Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and adherence to food safety protocols
Assist in food preparation when necessary and maintain cleanliness in dining areas
Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, special requests, and concerns promptly
Maintain knowledge of menu items,



daily specials, and restaurant policies

Skills
Proficiency with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for order entry and cashiering
Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction
Experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred
Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
Ability to manage time effectively in a quick-paced setting with multiple priorities
Basic math skills for handling bills, making change, and processing transactions accurately
Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests and team members
Experience with food industry operations including serving, upselling, and food preparation is a plus
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism and friendliness
