Overview
We are seeking a Roofer/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a hardworking individual with experience in construction and roofing.
Responsibilities
Assist with the installation and repair of sloped roofs
Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment
Use hand tools to cut, shape, and fit materials
Read and interpret blueprints to execute roofing projects
Work alongside carpenters to build and repair roof structures
Apply caulking and other sealants as needed
Experience
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
Knowledge of roofing techniques and materials is a plus
Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
Solid attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Maintenance Person skills are beneficial for this position
