• Supervise and mentor Municipal Law Enforcement Officers
• Develop training materials and oversee staff education

• Review officer inspections and maintain quality assurance
• Recommend amendments to policies and procedures
Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma focused on municipal law enforcement
• Minimum 5 years' relevant enforcement experience
• Certification from the MLEO Association
• Solid leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of relevant laws and safety regulations
