We are looking for an experienced Java Backend Developer to join a agile team working on high-impact Commercial Banking Platform and integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable integration solutions using Java and Spring Boot.


• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.


• Collaborate within an Agile/Scrum environment throughout the software development lifecycle.


• Develop containerized applications for deployment on OpenShift.


• Ensure backend applications meet performance, security, scalability, and reliability standards.


• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Must-Have Skills

• 8+ years of backend development experience.






• Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.


• Extensive experience with REST APIs and Microservices Architecture.


• Experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL, or similar databases.


• Experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka and MQ.


• Hands-on experience building containerized applications.


• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, OpenShift, or GCP.

Nice to Have

• DMN experience with Camunda, Drools, or similar technologies.


• Front-end experience with React.


• Experience using GitHub Copilot or other AI coding assistants.
