Description:
We are looking for an experienced cabinet door and parts painter to join our team. This role focuses on high-quality spray finishing for cabinet components, with a robust emphasis on equipment maintenance and consistency in finish quality.

Key Responsibilities:
Spray finishing of cabinet doors and parts (primers, paints, and topcoats)
Surface preparation including sanding, cleaning, and masking
Maintain consistent finish quality and color matching
Clean and maintain spray booths and Cefla Meto finishing line
Disassemble, rebuild, and maintain spray guns and paint pumps
Troubleshoot spray equipment and finishing issues

Requirements:
Proven experience in cabinet or wood finishing
Strong knowledge of spray techniques (airless, HVLP, or conventional)




Hands-on experience rebuilding spray guns and servicing paint pumps (required)
Attention to detail and quality control
Ability to work independently and meet production targets
Reliable and punctual

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

hand sanding: 3 years (required)
spray staining: 2 years (required)
spray painting/ staining: 4 years (required)
wipe on and off staining : 4 years (preferred)
