Ink Entertainment is a leading lifestyle and entertainment company with interests in a variety of critically acclaimed restaurants, nightclubs, and hotels. This position will be responsible for the full accounting cycle in support of these venues.

Duties and responsibilities:
Record sales and expenses in a timely manager
Manage accounts payables and cash flow
Manage payroll and payroll inquiries
Submit government forms and remittances on a timely basis
Complete bank reconciliations and month end journal entries
Prepare month end and year end reports and analysis
Work with external auditors to complete year-end financial statements
Support management and operations with ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required
Maintain adherence to financial policies, procedures and internal controls
Other duties as assigned or required

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in hospitality industry preferred
2 years experience in accounting, reporting, and financial analysis
Accounting Diploma required
Advanced knowledge of Excel and QuickBooks
Robust initiative and ability to manage multiple projects
Excellent communication skills
Previous working experience with payroll
Ability to complete projects in a timely and accurate manner




Must be detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
Ability to work well with others in a fast paced, dynamic environment
