Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shop Manager to oversee daily operations at our installation shop. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing profitability.

Duties:
Oversee and manage all aspects of the shop's operations
Train, schedule, and supervise employees
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
Maintain a clean and organized shop environment

Qualifications:
Proven experience in a shop management role
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of vehicle installations (wiring)
Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
Excellent time management skills
