Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lot Attendant to join our team. The Lot Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our lot while providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This position requires a proactive individual who can maintain a welcoming environment for customers and assist with various tasks throughout the lot.

Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lot, including regular cleaning of vehicles and surrounding areas.
Monitor vehicle inventory and ensure proper placement within the lot.
Perform routine inspections of vehicles for cleanliness and readiness.
Collaborate with team members to ensure effective operations within the lot.
Report any maintenance or safety issues to management promptly.

Qualifications
Previous experience lot attendant and detail experience preferred.
Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace, demonstrating attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written,



to interact effectively with team members.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while remaining focused on tasks.
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required for operating customer vehicles.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
Ability to operate equipment like a tractor and skid steer or forklift.

Pay: $17.00-$25.00 per hour
