We are looking for an outgoing, determined, and driven Customer Service Representative to join our expanding team!

Responsibilities & Duties:
Track customer orders
Provide excellent customer support
Accurately update and maintain spreadsheets
Data management




Consistently meet customers’ needs
Sales and dispatch coordination

Qualifications:
2+ years customer service experience is preferred
Strong command of the English language
Excellent computer and typing skills
Must have positive phone etiquette and be personable over the phone
Ability to work in a team environment

Hiring Salary Range - $40K to $43K
