Global Windows and Doors is currently seeking motivated and reliable Production Workers to join our growing team in Richibucto, NB. If you enjoy hands-on work and thrive in a team oriented environment, we encourage you to apply!

Roles and Responsibilities:
Assemble window and door components
Operation of hand and power tools
Maintain a clean and protected work area
Work as part of a team to meet production targets
Follow standard operating procedures and use required PPE
Use initiative and problem-solving skills to support operations
Follow and uphold company Core Values

Working Conditions:
Onsite role based at our Richibucto facility
Monday to Friday shifts with occasional extended hours or possibility of weekend shifts
Fast paced and hands-on manufacturing setting
Regular interaction with team members across production departments

Requirements:
Enthusiastic and willing to work in a team setting
Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Physically capable of lifting materials up to 10 lbs to chest height and pushing or tipping materials up to 20 lbs
Solid attention to detail and accuracy




Willingness to work overtime as needed
