Full time Handyman / Property Maintenance Technician

Pay: CA$18.00–CA$20.00 per hour

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Full-Time Handyman / Property Maintenance Technician to become part of our team. This position is ideal for someone with practical maintenance experience who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in maintaining residential properties.

Key Responsibilities
Perform decking repairs, painting, and exterior property cleaning.
Complete drywall installation, repairs, and insulation work.
Assist with property viewings and tenant showings when required.
Install and repair doors, windows, cabinets, and other fixtures.
Carry out basic plumbing, general maintenance, and minor repair work.
Respond to a variety of property maintenance and upkeep tasks as assigned.

Qualifications
Practical knowledge and hands-on experience in general handyman or maintenance work.




Ability to perform a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks independently.
Eagerness to learn new skills and continuously improve.
Robust work ethic with excellent reliability and time management.
A valid driver's licence is required.
Access to a personal vehicle is highly preferred.
