The Role

We are looking for a hands-on Precast Superintendent to lead daily production and yard operations. This role is critical to ensuring that production is executed accurately, tracked daily, and aligned with dispatch schedules.

You will be responsible for making sure what is produced matches what is ordered—and that every order is ready on time.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage daily precast production operations in the yard
Planning, organizing, staffing, leading, and control or the pre-cast plant
Coordinate closely with Sales and Dispatch to align production priorities
Ensure all products meet technical specifications and quality standards
Plan for maintaining and repairing the equipment and heavy-duty machinery

What We’re Looking For




Min 10 years of experience in a precast concrete manufacturing environment
Min 3 years in a supervisory/management role in a production yard
Solid understanding of concrete production, mix designs, curing, and precast systems
Ability to read drawings and technical specifications, and work with Excel
Hands-on, assertive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on execution and result

Education (Preferred):
Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
