Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring quick and precise entry
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards
Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas in accordance with food safety regulations




Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting overall restaurant operations
Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a positive experience for all patrons

Experience
Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar technology is advantageous
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and order calculations
Experience in guest services or customer-facing roles that demonstrate excellent communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team setting within the food industry’s quick-paced atmosphere
