Position: Part-Time Front Desk / Receptionist
Location: 66 Donald Ave, Moncton
Availability: Must be available evenings and Saturdays

What You’ll Do:
Greet clients with a smile and create a professional, positive first impression
Answer phones, manage bookings, and respond to client inquiries
Process payments, handle rebooking, and provide product and service information
Support a team of talented estheticians and medical aesthetics providers
Keep the front area organized, clean, and running smoothly

What We’re Looking For:
A friendly, polished communicator with robust customer service skills
Professional appearance and demeanor




Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Experience in reception, hospitality, or spa/clinic settings is an asset
Tech-savvy and comfortable with booking software (we’ll train you!)
