Automotive Sales & Purchasing Representative (Commission-Based)

Location: Hybrid / Flexible (Dealership office, remote, on-the-road appointments)

Qualifications & Requirements
Valid OMVIC Sales Licence (Required).
Valid Driver’s Licence with a reliable vehicle and willingness to travel locally.
Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).
Robust negotiation, interpersonal, and deal-closing capabilities.
Self-starter mindset with the discipline to manage your own pipeline remotely.

Compensation
Commission-Based: Highly competitive commission structure with solid earning potential (detailed pay plan to be reviewed during the interview).





Key Responsibilities
Source, evaluate, and purchase quality pre-owned vehicle inventory.
Handle inbound sales leads, follow up with prospects, and close retail vehicle sales.
Coordinate vehicle viewings, appraisals, and road appointments across the local area.
Maintain prompt, professional phone and digital communication with buyers and sellers throughout the week.
Assist in completing standard deal documentation and delivery handoffs.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
