Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their shopping experience
Assist customers with product inquiries, demonstrations, and recommendations to enhance their understanding and satisfaction
Operate the cash register (POS system), handle cash transactions accurately, and process payments efficiently
Maintain organized merchandise displays through effective merchandising and stock replenishment
Conduct product demos to highlight features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities
Manage inventory levels, perform stock checks, and assist with receiving shipments
Uphold store cleanliness,

Skills
Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred but not required
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions, and inventory management
Customer service-oriented mindset with friendly phone etiquette and professional demeanor
Ability to perform product demos confidently while explaining technical features clearly
Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout shifts
