Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated Commercial Building Cleaners to join our team in Geraldton. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of commercial facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff. Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning of office spaces, restrooms, lobbies, hallways, and common areas within commercial buildings
Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing floors and surfaces
Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap as needed
Maintain cleanliness of windows, glass surfaces, and fixtures
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
Follow all safety protocols and cleaning procedures to ensure a safe working workplace
Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively

Qualifications




Must have the ability to pass a criminal background check
Prior experience in cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required
Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and best practices is a plus
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality work
Positive physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment or supplies
Reliable transportation is preferred for timely access to various job sites
Ability to follow safety guidelines and use cleaning chemicals responsibly
