Kitchener Chrysler, powered by the Finch Auto Group, is currently seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our high-performing team. With 9 thriving dealerships and decades of experience, we provide the tools, training, and team environment you need to succeed—and surpass your goals.
What You’ll Do:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly, qualified manner
Understand customer needs and help them find the perfect vehicle
Guide clients through the sales and financing process
Maintain ongoing relationships with customers to encourage referrals and repeat business
Stay up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and inventory
What You Bring:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping people
Sales experience is an asset—but we’re willing to train the right candidate
Valid Ontario G driver’s license
