I'm currently recruiting an Electromechanic for a manufacturing company specializing in industrial recycling and sustainable material recovery. The company operates modern production facilities and places a robust emphasis on equipment reliability, continuous improvement and workplace safety. YOUR MISSIONS

As the site's Electromechanic, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability of the plastic processing facility and supporting day-to-day production.

Your responsibilities will include:
Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electronic systems
Performing preventive maintenance on production equipment
Supporting predictive maintenance initiatives and continuous improvement projects
Developing and updating maintenance procedures when required
Managing spare parts inventory
Recording maintenance activities using the CMMS
Working closely with production teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment performance





This position is approximately 60% mechanical and 40% electrical, offering significant autonomy within the maintenance department.

YOUR PROFILE

We're looking for someone who has:
DEP (or equivalent) in Electromechanics;
At least 5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience;
Valid C/E electrical license;
Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems;
Experience using a CMMS;
Basic Microsoft Office skills;
Fluent French and functional written English.

You are proactive, analytical, organized and enjoy solving technical challenges in a rapid-paced manufacturing environment.
