Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Lead to join our team. As a Production Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process and ensuring that production targets are met. You will also be responsible for managing a team of production workers and maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Duties:
Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of workers in production departments
Monitor production schedules and adjust as needed to meet deadlines
Ensure that all production processes are carried out in accordance with company standards and procedures
Train new employees on production processes and safety protocols
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations
Conduct regular inspections to identify any issues or areas for improvement
Implement measures to optimize productivity and minimize waste
Maintain accurate production records and reports
Enforce safety regulations and promote a protected working workplace





Experience:
Proven experience as a Production Lead or similar role in a manufacturing setting
Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks
Problem solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure
Proficient in using computer systems and software relevant to production management
