About Us:

We are a family-owned, West Indian bar/restaurant dedicated to providing excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere. We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team.

Responsibilities:
Sweep, mop and clean the establishment regularly.
Maintain cleanliness of washrooms.
Handle food preparation using the deep fryer and other kitchen equipment.(food handlers certification is required for this position)
Clean the kitchen and equipment at the end of each day.
Open or close the business and work flexible hours as needed, based on the schedule.
Assist with front and back of house duties.
Perform beer/liquor runs as needed (Valid driver's license is an asset but not required).
Collaborate with other staff to ensure timely and efficient meal service.
Monitor food inventory and communicate any shortages or discrepancies.
Serve alcohol if required (Smart Serve certification is required for this position).

Requirements:
Punctuality and reliability is a MUST
Smart Serve certification is a MUST




Food Handlers certification is a MUST
Valid driver's license preferred
Ability to handle food and kitchen equipment safely.
Flexibility to work different shifts, including opening and closing shifts
Ability to follow recipes accurately with attention to detail to ensure food quality and presentation standards are met.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining composure.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
