We are currently hiring Warehouse Associates for a client to work in a cold storage setting maintained at approximately -2°C.

This is a hands-on warehouse position involving order picking, packing, reading order sheets, and lifting boxes weighing up to 50 lbs. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a refrigerated setting and is reliable, physically capable, and able to work as part of a team.

Location: Dundas St W & The East Mall, Etobicoke, ON
Start Date: Tuesday, September 1, 2026
Pay: Starting at $21.00/hour + shift premiums
Afternoon Shift Premium: +$0.70/hour ($21.70/hour)
Night Shift Premium: +$1.20/hour ($22.20/hour)

Responsibilities
Pick and pack products according to order sheets
Read and follow order sheets accurately
Prepare orders for shipment
Lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs
Maintain a clean and organized work area




Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
Work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse workplace
Wear appropriate clothing and PPE for cold storage conditions

Qualifications
Previous warehouse experience is an asset
Comfortable working in a -2°C cold storage environment
Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to read and follow order sheets
Strong attention to detail
Reliable and punctual
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable standing and performing physical work for extended periods
