Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Installer to join our team. Window and Door Installers are responsible for installing and/or replacing Maritime Door & Window finished product using hand and power tools. Solid communication skills are required to regularly communicate with both customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities
Install windows and doors as per the company’s standard and customer needs
Oversee and maintain truck inventory and cleaning, and other supplies as needed
Responsible for following company guidelines for quality installation for proper function – insulation, proper caulking, and other requirements
Responsible for handling and proper use of tools and ensuring proper maintenance
Check for workmanship - explain to the customer how they work and make sure it functions properly
Finish work (trim)
Work in a protected and conscientious manner
Enjoy working independently and working with other team members
Assist in training current employees
Be someone that takes pride in doing a great job
Work in a fast-paced,



physically demanding environment

Requirements
Knowledge of Carpentry and use of tools
General construction knowledge a must
Valuable judgement
Organized and Meet deadlines

Maintain safe work practices; must be Health & Safety Conscious
Must be detail-oriented and read a measuring tape

Class 5 driver’s license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
