Duties
Greet customers warmly and listen carefully to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
Explain repair options, estimate costs, and outline recommended maintenance to customers clearly and confidently
Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs, ensuring timely completion of services
Upsell additional services or products that enhance vehicle performance and safety while aligning with customer needs
Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and maintain detailed records of all financial dealings




Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any further questions or concerns
Maintain detailed documentation of vehicle repairs, service history, and customer interactions for seamless communication

Qualifications
Proven dealership experience or background in automotive service advising preferred
Mechanical knowledge gained through mechanic experience or related training is highly advantageous
Robust customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally
Demonstrated sales aptitude with a knack for upselling services in a consultative manner
Familiarity with automotive repair processes, parts, and maintenance procedures
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
A proactive attitude with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
ability to quote or put quotes together
