Duties
Diagnose and repair a wide range of copier, printer, and multifunction office equipment to minimize downtime.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, calibration, and parts replacement to extend equipment lifespan.
Install current office equipment according to schematics and technical specifications, ensuring proper setup and configuration.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues using hand tools and mechanical knowledge to quickly identify root causes.
Manage network connectivity issue
Maintain detailed service records, logs, and reports documenting all repairs, maintenance activities, and parts used.

Experience




Proven experience working with copier, printer, or other office equipment repair or maintenance roles.
Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools for troubleshooting and repairs.
Familiarity with computer hardware components and basic computer networking principles relevant to office devices.
Knowledge of schematics, wiring diagrams, and low voltage electrical systems used in office equipment setups.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple service requests efficiently.
Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive attitude toward preventative maintenance.
