Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrician for the Solar Installer/Technician role. This role involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting solar energy systems to ensure optimal performance and safety. The ideal candidate will have a strong Solar technical background, hands-on experience and preferably in the electrical trade. This position offers an exciting chance to contribute to renewable energy projects while working in a energetic and safety-focused setting.

Duties
Install solar panels, racking systems, and electrical components according to project specifications and safety standards
Use hand tools and power tools for assembly, wiring, and securing solar components
Perform electrical work including AC and DC wiring, system testing, and troubleshooting
Conduct site assessments to determine optimal placement of solar arrays and equipment
Ensure all installations comply with local codes, safety regulations, and company policies




Perform routine maintenance and inspections on installed systems to ensure longevity and efficiency
Maintain a clean and organized work site throughout each project

Experience
Must have experience with working at heights and operating manlifts, bucket trucks, and rigging gear
MUST have Electrical experience related to wiring and system troubleshooting
Hands-on experience with hand tools and power tools used in construction or electrical work
Prior experience working on renewable energy or solar installation projects is a plus but not mandatory
Strong understanding of safety procedures related to electrical work and working at heights

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
