We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry and a strong understanding of food safety and handling practices. As a Cook, you will play a vital role in meal preparation, ensuring that every dish is prepared to perfection and meets our high standards of quality and taste. This position requires a commitment to excellence in food service within a rapid-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established recipes and menu specifications.
Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and standards.
Assist in the planning of menus and daily specials, taking into account dietary restrictions and customer preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items.
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages to management.




Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure productive workflow and timely meal service.
Provide assistance during meal service, including plating dishes and serving as needed.
Participate in training new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.

Qualifications
Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant kitchen required.
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
